Private profiles

A toggle to make all account posts, bio, avatar, cover, name private and non searchable in the global search. People would then "Request to follow" the profile, when accepted they would have access.

We could remove it from all other searches but it has to be in the main global search, otherwise people would not be able search n get to the profile to "request to follow" the person.
