Request to Contribute - Adding the New OpenAI Model

I'm writing to express my interest in contributing to this project. I have noticed that the new OpenAI model, ChatGPTTurbo0613, is not yet implemented in this repository. I believe that the addition of this model would be a valuable enhancement for the library.

As I have experience working with the OpenAI models, I would like to offer my assistance in implementing this feature. Could I possibly be added as a collaborator, or should I proceed by forking the repository and submitting a pull request with the added model?
