Changed Engine Names according to the OpenAI documentation

The Api Request did not work in a proper quality as it is. According to the OpenAI documentation, Adjusted the Enginge Names in the Engine.cs file.

After this change, quality of requests is much better. Seems the Engine names, were lasting on an old Engine Version
