What happened?

Head can be duplicate when placed/broken by hand:

• Any head caught using custom fishing can be duplicated.
• It must be placed and broken by hand. If broken by a tool, it does not dupe.
• The original can still be sold. It can also be duped infinitely.
• The copies cannot be sold or duped.
