Make a cookbook

Description

Write a "cookbook" with examples of different scenarios and workflows. This would be a complement to the reference documentation and describe how to do things, rather than what things do.

Motivation

Help users who have a scenario in mind and want to know how palette solve their problems. Also a better format for prose and examples than rustdoc.

I might perhaps just as well start a github organization and have a dedicated repo for the cookbook, now when bors-ng is shutting down. :thinking: Just need to come up with a good name.
