"Export for publishing" is hidden

Hi,

I have installed script-lab on Office 365 with the Subscription License. I wanted to export *.menifest.xml for sideloading the written plugin. But, In the share option there is no option Export for publishing. Only the options in the attached image are there on the Script-lab plugin.

How can I export my menifest.xml file of the plugin?
