Can't get focus context in Code pane

I can't reliably get this to repro, but I'm raising this in case others can hit the issue and provide more data. It's fairly easy to workaround, but annoying nevertheless.

Bug Report

• Host: Excel
• OS: Windows
• Browser: Win32
• Environment: Beta

Expected behavior:

Highlighting text should place context in the Code pane.

Actual behavior:

Typing and pasting still applies to the worksheet.

I've seen it occasionally too, but also don't have a solid repro. It is probably a platform issue, not something that SL can do anything about. And without a solid repro, even the platform side of the problem is hard to do anything with (and is in turn likely an underlying IE issue...)
