[Win32][Accessibility] [11yMAS][Labels and Instructions][MAS3.3.2][Label is not defined for Languages combo box in About pop up..]

User Experience: User will not be able to get proper information about edit field, if edit field is not having any label defined/associated with it.

Test Environment: OS Build: 16299.19 Excel version:1712(8808.1000) Prerequisites: Add script lab “Add ON” In Excel Attachments: mas3 3 2_label is not defined

Repro Steps:

  1. Open Script Lab in Excel
  2. Navigate to code button and activate it.
  3. Navigate to code pane Using F6 key
  4. Navigate to “About” button and activate it.
  5. Verify whether Label is defined for Languages combo box.

Current Behavior: Label is not defined for Languages combo box in About pop up. Screen reader is just announcing the language selected. ex: English .

Expected Behavior: Label should be defined like “Languages we support” for Languages combo box.

Note: Same issue is Reproducible in Power Point and Word.
