Make snippets easily explorable via website

Could you make the gist URL available for copy on the pre-built samples? It is hard to share the gist with someone for built-in snippets. I don't want to re-create the gist each time when the gist is already available in your repo.

I think the ideal experience would look something like this (and be a combo of the "view URL" feature plus a side pane on the left). Note that they could either be built as one, or as two iframes; I think either one works. And we'd just want to make the URL of the resulting browsed-to snippet be paste-able.
