Redesign Outlook workflow

The current design for the code/run process has it's flaws, and needs to be redesigned.

Due to Outlook only supporting a single, non-resizable task pane, the code view has been made a separate window, however this isn't a perfect design. We should discuss different designs that work around these limitations
