Tutorial and Reference windows don't open in owa

Tutorial and Reference commands fail to properly load the page with the "Something went wrong" error

Expected Behavior

Tutorial and Reference page should open when command is clicked

Current Behavior

Window opens but page does not load

Possible Solution

Possibly switch to non-iframable or remove if deemed unneeded

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Select "Tutorial" or "Reference Docs" command in OWA
  2. See page fail to load

  • Version used: 1.1
  • Browser Name and version: All
  • Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): Windows 10

This should be fast either way, either make them non-iframable or remove them.
