Accessibility: Narrator can't read panel contents

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Open ScriptLab in Excel
  2. Open Narrator
  3. Click on "Script" or "Template" panels

Expected:

Narrator should indicate the title names so a user knows which panel they are working on.
