Accessibility: No way to escape the code editor via keyboard once it has focus

Repro

1. Open Excel, Open ScriptLab, choose snippet
2. Try typing in editor
3. Using keyboard only navigate away

Expected Behavior

Ctrl + Tab should take me out of the editor...
