Time Stamp Tooltip (Putting in the list item as well)

@Zlatkovsky In addition to the time stamp tooltip (the last updated XX:XX), it would be beneficial to add a time stamp on the sample list item itself. This string could be right under the list item title or at the bottom of the list item. (see attached image)

@danielmgalan, You don't think that would add too much space for each snippet? Putting a "discuss" on this, let's sit down and look through any such issues together real quick.
