Power Apps states that gblSiteExists has been updated

Description

When I Edit my request a team app it opens with the following:

• It states my app is read only all of a sudden.
• Some Variables need to reset --> gblSiteExists

When I hit Save and reload the button to check a team name does not work anymore. I can click it but nothing happens.

I have seen this issue with another tenant. Exactly the same.

How to resolve this?

Steps to reproduce

1. saved it
2. tested it
3. Reverted --> works again

But I cannot change my app anymore due to the fact it keeps throwing the box with the gblSiteExists message.

Expected results

Button to check a team name should work. After the save it does not anymore.

Actual Results

button is clickable but nothing happens.
