Allow Request-A-Team Approvers per Business Unit or Department.

This is a request i have had with most of my customers i have recommended to try out the Request-A-Team app either in a POC or production as part of governance, compliance requirement to streamline the process of Teams creation. The idea is to be able to specify different approvers for different users, such as, a user from HR requesting a team creation will have designated HR compliance manager approving or rejecting the request instead of broadcasting to all approvers org-wide.

To add to this, I've also had a request from one customer that would like to see line manager approval.

Hello, I see this item, and i may suggest an easier implementation : a way to set specific approvers by template. This way, it can be easy to provide Business Units / Departements specific template, wich have their own approvers.

This "template specific" parameter may override the global approvers.
