I have tried to configure Contract Group Lookup, but after everything has been deployed successfully, i cant access anything on the /dls site. If i try to access the App from Teams, i get an error that says, "Something went wrong. Try again in a few minutes"

Could you point me in the right direction, where to look?

Can you try by deploying with base resource name lower case. If still issue exists, would require to check application insights logs.
