Member Online is not calculation correctly

Hi Guys,

I have found this app which is an awesome solution for my company and we want to deploy this app to 5000 users. I have already deployed it to our dev environment and now testing in production.

We have noticed that the member online counters for groups is not working and says zero even if users are online for all groups. I created a case with Microsoft and the Development team had the same issue and it was suggested I raise and issue here as well as a bug.

If you have any insight please let me know.
