Approval by Teams team doesn´t work

Hello. I'm implementing Building Access for testing purposes. I understand that if the user does not have a manager in AD or Azure, the access request should go to the Teams team. What happens in my case is that when I am about to choose the time slot, the message in the attached image appears. I configured and checked many times if I was entering the right Team ID and Channel ID correctly, and it still doesn't work. Thanks!
