Breadcrumbs [block]

This would seem to have related layout tactics to #25, since items collapse into an overflow menu when there isn't enough horizontal space for all items.

Questions:

• Is this not just a block; could this be hosted by the TopBar (#26)?
• Items which are themselves very long would still seem to be a problem for this pattern; how should this component accommodate especially long items?
