Make Device Test page more automated and provide more specific error information

Would be nice of the Device Test page would just run the network speed test and then automatically move to the plugin test and then automatically move to the other tests so that the user does not have to manually push the next button. It would also be nice to know which of the steps have passed or failed on the server side instead of just a boolean.
