Cannot add a new resource to my project from the Resource tab

Opened a Project from Projects

Went to Resource tab (Project/Resource, not the main menu Resource tab)

Selected add new resource

Selected a user and added a role

Saved

Got the error in the picture.

The start and finish fields are not shown in the add resource form.

In the dataverse these fields are mandatory.

As a note, if I add the same person as resource to a project task without any start and finish dates the person is then available in the resource tab without a start and finish date.

Suggestions: Either make start and finish optional fields in the dataverse, or Add the start and finish fields to the add new resource form.

Same error for me. Any resolution?
