Project Accelerator published into Microsoft Teams, when selecting Tasks a prompt for Pop Ups is presented, despite the default browser (Edge in this case) allowing Pop Ups

This is a bug with the Teams Add Website function. It doesn't support popups and other features. Teams support needs to fix this as it is preventing using Teams to share project details. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/tabs/website-tabs-cause-confusion-teams
