Not functioning in GCC tenant

We’re trying out this Teams App Template Reflect in GCC, something that we have gotten working in our Commercial test environment.

We think we have this installed properly, and when we upload the manifest to our commercial environment, everything works great.

In GCC, though, calling up the Bot gives us this: image
