Spout Installation Error

For some reason, I can't install the Spout plugin. Everytime I tried to install the plugin the following error appears. "Error opening for writing [...]"

I've tried to install it without any programs running (including OBS), I've tried to run the installer as Administrator and on different windows accounts. I've tried to install it manually and it doesn't appear on OBS

I hope you can help me find a solution to this.

I have solved it, I installed the obs software and then went and enabled the obs plugin.exe, and it solved it, I don't know if it will work for you or not
