MFCC deltas

See if we can use MFCC deltas as a way to indiicate significant change. One application is for onset detection, but more useful could be a general measure of timbral activity over time. Might in some respects correstpond to spectral flux, but reacting to different types of change, responsive to longer temporal window, etc.
