add signal from other module as modulation input to MIDIator

In addition to the analyzer signals, we might use the signal (output) from another MIDIator module as input to a MIDIator module. This way, more elaborate combinations of signals can be facilitated. The input signal can be called "prevOut", and refer to the immediately preceding module (above the current one).
