Rhythm complexity measure

Analyze transients for regularity. If static regular pulse, the rhythmic complexity is low. If broken up, increase rhythmic complexity measure. Integer subdivisions can be used as rhythmic complexity measure: more complex integer relationships (3/5 is complex, 3/4 is much less complex) gives higher rhythmic complexity measure.

This measure is perhaps better termed "rhythmic consonance", relating to consonance/dissonance in pitch

In addition, we should implement a measure of rhythmic correlation (repated patterns)
