[iPad?] Infinite-scroll indicator positioning

From KP: Infinite-scroll: the loading indicator is front-and-center. It should probably just be at the bottom.

Not sure if this applies to regular devices also

Currently all the loading indicators across the app are displayed more or less in the middle.
