rabbit hole livestream - smooth out loading?

Right now the rabbit hole page loads, and then once the livestreams are loaded, they abruptly show on top (1-2 seconds later). Maybe improve this transition, add loading?

PR 407 tried to fix this. I also opened a meta-tracker on bug 406. That's why I didn't link to this one at the time of creating the PR or merging.

Letting reporter to close this one if PR fixed it.
