Extend playlists functionality

• [ ] Allow users to enter a description when publish a playlist
• [ ] Allow users to reorder items in a playlist
• [ ] Add editing / delete options in the playlist fragment view
• [ ] Allow users to drag and drop items for reordering in a playlist
• [ ] Support other playlist fields: tags, language?
• [ ] Support the transient "Queue" playlist which should be reset when the user closes the app
