Error: Instance start - Waiting for instance timed out - Error code 26

i fired this command appollo build start --build-type configuration

but getting this type of error Error: Instance start - Waiting for instance timed out - Error code 26

I'm having the same problem. Build logs only show that the built was started and 2 minutes later stopped. I managed to run configuration build a few times, then I followed steps 2-9 in the tutorial (connecting with AppStore connect and syncing app id) and afterwards nothing worked. No ad hoc, no configuration. I even tried to sign out and create a new user, but no luck running even a configuration build from a clean user.

Any ideas on how to debug the problem?

If I run Application No application (xcode will not be configured) then no problem.

Please resolve the problem.
