Add exception option for inactive-windows-transparency.py

#17 I made a mistake when I tried to merge this PR.

hi, perfect request! testing the exception option with Gimp and it works perfectly with -o 0.80 -e no3d and for_window [class="Gimp"] mark --add no3d on sway config

As far as I remember, I'm removed this line https://github.com/OctopusET/sway-contrib/blob/5d33a290e3cac3f0fed38ff950939da28e3ebfd7/inactive-windows-transparency.py#L33 to fix this bug https://github.com/OctopusET/sway-contrib/issues/12 Perhaps this line in needed for a multi-monitor setup but in my case with single-monitor configuration it leads to an unpleasant bug.
