What happened?

Unticking the redeploy option in a scheduled trigger does not prevent a redeployment when trigger is fired when Action is set to Deploy latest release to environment and the trigger has tenants.

Reproduction

Create a scheduled trigger with the following settings selected: Action = "Deploy latest release to first environment" Tenants = Assign one or more Re-deploy = unticked

Ensuring the latest release is current in the destination environment.

View on next triggered deployment, the release is re-deployed to the targets/tenants.
