The variable preview page should display variables scoped by runbook process

The enhancement

The Need

Variables can be scoped by runbook process but these variables cannot be viewed or tested on the Variable Preview page. Customers have requested support for this.

Solution

Add a Process Type filter to the Variable Preview page that defaults to the existing Deployment Process behaviour, but allows users to optionally select Runbook instead. This allows users to view and test variables scoped to specific runbooks
