What happened?

Library variable sets usages takes a long time to respond and consumes a lot of resources when there's lots of runbook runs and environments.

Reproduction

1. Create 14 environments
2. Create a project and include at least 10 library variable sets
3. Create a runbook in the project
4. Run runbook 100 to 1400 times
5. Use library variable set usages page for one of the above library variable sets
6. Observe performance of the page
