Use GitHub Connection to source files from repository

GitHub Connections cannot currently be used to source scripts (and other files) from repositories (except for the case where it's the same repository used for the project's version-control).

This enhancement proposes being able to use GitHub Connections to source script files from any repository.

The general idea:

This would ideally be applied on all steps where files can be sourced from Git Repositories, including:

• All script step types
• Kubernetes (Helm, YAML, Kustomize)
• Terraform
• Bicep
• CloudFormation
