Adding new git credentials to a step template via the plus sign [ + ] does not work as expected

What happened?

When adding git credentials to a new step template, you are redirected to the Settings tab when you click on Details. This was consistently repeatable testing in Chrome.

When adding git credentials to an existing step template, you must click on Details to reveal the form as it isn't pre-selected resulting in a blank, white pane. This seemed to occur only on the first attempt for a given step template. However, this would be confusing for customers as this is what they would encounter outside of testing.
