What happened?

Manual Intervention steps that are pending for a given task will persist through an Octopus Server upgrade/restart. However, pending Manual Intervention child steps do not persist upon Octopus Server restart. I would expect this behavior to match with child steps persisting in the same way.

Given the nature of rolling deployments, there is no workaround. The task will be cancelled in this situation.
