The Projects page filter does a intersection "both" between the Project and Project Group filters causing the filter to not display as expected.

I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

The project group filtering doesn't work in tandem with project filtering. If you select to also filter on a project that isn't in the filtered project group, it will not display it - where as before it did.
