I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

When creating a deployment target or worker, the type of the deployment target or worker doesn't appear on the page's heading or in the Display name summary.

Reproduction

  1. Go to Deployment targets
  2. Click Add Deployment Target.
  3. Go to Linux and add a listening tentacle.
  4. Click Enter details manually

Workaround

This is a non-blocking issue and doesn't prevent the creation of workers or deployment targets.
