I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

Customer has noted that the bundled tentacle (8.2.2148) with Octopus version 2024.3.12766 is displaying as tentacle version 8.1.1518. Also happening with tentacle 8.2.2152 We have reproduced this and can see within the registry entry that the display version is incorrect.

Reproduction

• Download (or upgrade) Octopus server to 2024.3.12766
• (Optional) Upgrade tentacle to 8.2.2148 or 8.2.2152
• Check within the registry entry that the display version is incorrect.
