What happened?
If you have releases in a project, and delete all existing steps in its deployment process, the releases are hidden from view.
Reproduction
- Create a release in a project with a process
- Delete the deployment process
- View the Releases tab to see the default new-project message (
Deployment process required. Before you can release and deploy your software, you will need to create a deployment process.)

Workaround
Create/restore a step in the process to allow you to view releases in the project.
