I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

When running a deployment after a Runbook Snapshot + run the Octopus.Release.CurrentForEnvironment.Number variable is empty.

Reproduction

• Snapshot a runbook
• Run
• Create a Release
• Deploy
• Octopus.Release.CurrentForEnvironment.Number is empty
