Editing the bindings in Deploy to IIS causes new duplicate bindings to be added

What happened?

If you have multiple bindings and you edit the first one a new binding gets added instead

Reproduction

• Have an existing process with a Deploy to IIS
• Have multiple bindings
• Edit the top binding by clicking on it
• Toggle one of the checkboxes at the bottom, click OK
• Observe: The binding is unchanged and a new binding has been added to the bottom of the list

If you click any binding other than the top one then in-place edits work fine.
