Deployments page "Group by" URL arg is not persistent when on the deployments page

What happened?

On a channel-enabled project, the default "Group by" option is "Channel". While on the "Deployments" page, and then clicking on the "Deployments" option on the navigation bar, the grouping arg is not passed in the URL, resulting in the grouping being removed.

Reproduction

• Create a project with channels.
• Navigate to the deployment page
• Click on the deployments page link on the left-hand menu
• Observe the lack of grouping.
