UI issue - step progress not updating even though task completes

What happened?

We've recently migrated to Octopus Server hosted on Kubernetes (we used Octopus hosted on Windows VM previously). After this migration sometimes we encounter visual bug . Steps are stuck with progress animation, but deployment keeps going and when it finishes status is changing. Steps are deployed correctly, artifacts are created. Did you have similar reports regarding this issue? We are not sure if it's global problem or something is wrong on our side.

Reproduction

I've been unable to reproduce the issue myself, but the customer is running a 2 node HA cluster in K8S and is intermittently seeing this display issue.
