What happened?

JIRA issue is not linked when a release is created, when JIRA integration is enabled. Work Items are linked fine.

Reproduction

  1. Set up a JIRA integration in Octopus
  2. Add package + build information with JIRA issue key in commits
  3. Create a release with a JIRA issue key in release notes
  4. Confirm work items are linked fine, but release notes don't contain a link to JIRA.
