I could not reproduce the problem

What happened?

When loading the Project settings page with the Service Now or Jira Service Management Integration enabled a save or discard changes prompt is displayed despite the user not altering any state.

Reproduction

Create a project, load the Project Settings page and navigate away - no popup. Enable Jira Service Management Integration Load the Project Settings page and navigate away - a popup will appear.

We have the same issue on the environment edit page for Azure Devops and Jira.

This is happening in the ProjectSettings.tsx file, where the cleanModel state is not updated after fetching the project metadata.

Workaround

Save the deployment settings, which adds the extensions to the project settings with undefined values.
