Tenanted project's overview doesn't show latest release in all channels when grouped by channel

What happened?

In projects with multi-tenancy enabled, multiple releases in separate channels deployed to the same environment won't display each channel's latest release when grouping the overview page by channel. This only affects tenanted projects, and either option for discrete channel releases exhibits the same issue. In both of the screenshots below, release version 0.0.1 exists in the Default channel and has been deployed to Development.

-Enable multi-tenancy in a project -Create 2 channels with the same lifecycle -Create and deploy 2 releases, one in each channel -Group overview page by channel
